The Challenges Faced

The problems they were having before joining hands with Sarv.

  • The client needed the calls to be routed through their CRM without opening any other webpage within the office premises by their agents, only they can call to the CRM lodge clients with a specific CLI number only, where we offered them our “Outbound click-to-call” services with integration possibility, that gave the client strength to do what they intended with us.
  • Further, they have an incoming number which is previously popular within their end clients to directly establish a call between the clients and agents however due to high calls volume they’re missing out on the other clients call which were falling while an already ongoing call was happening. Sarv.com offers “Host your own number services” with IVR capabilities to enable the client for receiving multiple calls at a time also, the calls will land to only those agents for whom they’re already working as a direct account manager. For this feature we have requested a GET API from the client for verifying the caller number within their CRM and run a query to check with which agent the caller is really associated with, which further more assists the client to save the time over calls.
  • Furthermore, they wanted an “IVR solution” with time specific announcements. If a caller called within office working time, they’ll hear an announcement and if they called after office hours a different announcement will be played for their customers.
